Property information
Prices, availability, payment plans, specifications, completion dates and other project details can change. Images may be illustrative. Before making a commitment, obtain current documents and confirmation from the relevant authorised party.
A listing, enquiry or routine email does not itself reserve a property, confirm a transaction, appoint a broker or replace a signed agreement. Transactions and separately agreed services follow their own documents and applicable law.
Decisions and professional advice
We do not guarantee returns, rental yield, capital growth, financing, residency outcomes or a developer’s performance. Property decisions carry risks. Website content, concierge answers and emails cannot replace independent legal, tax, financial or technical advice appropriate to your circumstances.
AI answers can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Check important statements against current source documents. News or an automated answer does not itself establish a verified project offer.
Client email and payment reminders
Client-care messages may cover onboarding, appointments, documents, payment schedules and other agreed updates. Payment reminders are administrative: they do not process money or prove payment has been received, cleared or applied to a purchase.
Check obligations against signed documents. Verify new or changed payment instructions with the authorised party through a trusted channel before transferring money. An email delivery record does not guarantee receipt, reading or agreement.
Preferences and privacy
Using the site, enquiring or receiving service emails does not give marketing consent. Use WhatsApp to stop marketing, correct details or change contact preferences. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and privacy requests.
Third party content and fair use
Third-party providers control their services and terms. Links and project materials do not guarantee their performance or establish our endorsement of every statement.
